I protect my clients from copyright infringement by following the rules. Many people don't understand. You can't just copy images from the web and put those images in your artwork, website, or printed materials. That's copyright infringement. Every image you see online belongs to a company or an individual. If you don't have their permission, then you are looking at a stiff fine, on the low end $500, high end $50k.

Consistency is Key. Your brand should look the same no matter the artist, the ad, the identity, the background. We live in a visual world. Your customers depend on recognizing your trademark. It gives them a sense of security. 

If your brand isn't consistent, your clients will not know what to look for.
