For more than 24 years, I’ve helped businesses, nonprofits, and organizations bring their ideas to life through graphic design, marketing, and print. What started with a graphics degree from JCCC grew into a business built on creativity, relationships, faith, and a willingness to always learn something new.
While in college, I designed European maps for an educational video and worked at the Burlington Northern Railroad Technical Training Center as the AV Assistant Manager. My first professional design project was creating and printing a coloring book for Dr. David Kaplan, MD, a dermatologist in Overland Park. I later worked for Sprint in Sales and Marketing before being promoted to Corporate Marketing, where I designed the Pricing Department’s monthly newsletter.
I met my husband during Christian swing dance lessons at Road House Ruby’s in Olathe. During our first conversation, I mentioned how much I admired couples who valued marriage and faith. Without hesitation, he replied, “Every man should refer to his wife as his bride.” At that moment, I knew I was in trouble and he was the man for me. We married 53 weeks later on the beach in Kauai, and faith continues to guide both our family and our business decisions today.
In 2002, while my husband was deployed to Bosnia as a pilot, I began volunteering my design services to nonprofits featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show. One of the first organizations to respond was the Fistula Foundation. While working on their donor campaign materials, I encouraged them to focus on hope instead of sadness by featuring joyful images that reflected the future they were helping create. That approach helped shape the direction of future campaigns and led to a personal thank-you note from founder Dr. Catherine Hamlin.
Another Oprah nonprofit opportunity came through Bea’s Kids in Texas, where I first worked on their logo and later designed materials for their gala events, fundraisers, and website projects. That relationship led to referrals from businesses and nonprofits across Texas, Compassion Frisco, Citizens Development Center, CLC Consulting, Wednesdays Child and Wings of Hope. The projects included newsletters, brochures, logos, websites, and marketing campaigns.
I’ve always believed that every project is an opportunity to learn, grow, and create something meaningful. Whether it’s design, print, marketing, or branding, I enjoy finding solutions that help clients communicate clearly and connect with their audience.
Today, nearly all of my work comes from referrals and repeat clients — something I consider one of the greatest accomplishments. I’ve worked with more than 118 businesses and spent over 11 years as a print broker, helping clients receive high-quality print products while saving up to 40% on many print projects.
Whether you need graphic design, marketing materials, print coordination, or help bringing an idea to life, I’d love the opportunity to work with you.

Copy has a hierarchy. Ads display copy by size and importance. What you write is important. How you lay it out is equally important.
What's your copy saying about you?
Green is a great color. It shows growth and its full of opportunity.
Blue is an open color. If you are trying to look trustworthy then utilizing blues will assist in getting donations and new clients.
Ask yourself this question when writing copy or laying out a design.
Am I marketing to the customer or myself?
It doesn't matter what you personally like because you are not the one buying. The customer is.
